Dragon Farming Limited (DFL) is an Agro Processing Company established in the Port city of Tema- Ghana in the year 2000 with an installed capacity of 15mt/day.
We have expanded to become one of the reliable Soya Processing Companies in Ghana with installed capacity of 82mt and processing between 30-45mt/day of soya beans. In the next decade, we intend to increase our production line from one to three (3). Increasing our processing capacity and diversifying to include the use of advance Technology to produce extruded and texturized products for the Ghanaian market, creating a production line that adds a niche to our production.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
DFL has allocated USD 100,000 to be spent on the improvement and provision of equipment for effective post-harvest management of soya beans. Identifiable farmer group’s mostly female actors within the Soya Value Chain (SVC) shall be supported with training, tarpaulins, weighing scales, de-stoners and test weight. The aim is to improve the incomes levels of 2,000 smallholder farmers through quality improvement to enable them to attain premium price for their produce.

An Agribusiness Expert, Nutritionist, Consultant and Entrepreneur. He holds M.Phil. in Animal Nutrition from the University of Cape Coast.
VALERIE AWUKU
ACCOUNTS MANAGER
She holds Degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option) from Data Link University. She has 6 years working experience with this organization as the Accounts Manager.
EUNICE APRONTI BINNEY
ADMINISTRATIVE AND OFFICE MANAGER
She holds Degree in Business Management from the Data Link University. Before joining this company, she has worked in other organization in various capacities as, marketing executive for 6 years.
LYDIA OWUSUAA
QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER
She is a graduate from the University of Ghana with BSc. Nutrition and Food Science. She joined our team 2years ago to help with quality standard. She leads this a new department that was created to promote safety and quality adherence.
PHILIP ANDOH
PRODUCTION AND MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
He holds HND Mechanical Engineering from the Takoradi Technical University’s School of Engineering. He has eight years working experience in production environment. He joins our organization 5 years ago.
KWAKU GOMASHIE
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
He holds HND in Mechanical Engineering from the Koforidua Technical University’s School of Engineering. He has 6 years working experience. He oversees electrical systems (design, installation and maintenance) of all electrical operation in this organization.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
He Holds HND Mechanical Engineering from the Kumasi Technical University. He joined our team 2 years ago.
